Steve was my sales representative and he was just wonderful. He took care of anything I needed and was available and ready to answer any questions. The team that installed the floors were courteous, professional and efficient. They took care of my furniture and completed the job in a timely manner. My floors look so great that I now feel like I have a new house!

After having been in nearly every flooring store in the area, I was thrilled to find this store and surprised to learn they have been in business for 50 years! They have an amazing selection of hardwood flooring that is double or triple the selection anywhere else--from inexpensive to high-end. The staff (Chris especially) was very helpful in explaining the quality differences between types of flooring. Also very helpful in providing a solution for custom area rugs we were looking for. Loved my experience there and have already recommended them to a couple of other friends who are in the middle of building projects.

Georgia Flooring Outlet (Chris McCollum) has floored several homes for me over the years. This week he sent his team to sand and refinish my hardwood flooring downstairs. As always, they did a super job. I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough. They are trustworthy, reliable, and simply do great work. Chris and his team have laid carpet and tile and added engineered wood in 2 of my homes. This time they sanded and refinished all the hardwoods in my downstairs area. They were careful to protect my belongings and limited the amount of dust generated. This could have been a very messy renovation, but in stead it was simple and painless. I fully recommend the guys at Georgia Flooring Outlet!!! I'm sure you will be as happy with your projects, as I have been!

After the water damage to my house, Chris and the staff at Georgia Flooring were great, he took his time with me to let me choose just what I wanted and even came out to the house so we could see just how everything would look.

Their staff was great and they were there when they told me they would be and the work was completed on time and on budget. There were no problems with anything and if I called with a question I received an answer right then and there or within an hour or so.

I have used Georgia Flooring Outlet multiple times over the past several years for both new construction and update projects. Because interior design is not my gift, the sales representative, with my permission, took his time to design the perfect shower for my home. He was even able to recommend a cabinet company to help me in the next phase of our new construction. With our update project, my husband had told him to lay the floor diagonal, but when the workers arrived, I told them to lay it a different way, and they adjusted with no problem and good attitudes. Both the work and workers are professional, and the products are budget-friendly and durable.

Georgia Flooring Outlet would be my top choice for my next flooring job.  They are willing to go the extra mile to earn you as a customer.  In my case, I needed to match some existing hardwood which had a thickness not commonly available anymore.  The staff was able to find a product that would work for my situation and give me a quote in a timely manner. They were able to meet my tight schedule between house closings and move in date.

After the floor was installed we ran into a few issues with swelling due to moisture and the installers were happy to come back out and fix the issues with no additional charge.  What really sets them apart is fixing the issue required, removing damaged hardwood and replacing the materiel as well as  sanding, staining and reapplying polyurethane.  The installer knew we had just moved in and said he would normally re-polyurethane the whole floor so that the repair would blend, but would require us to move everything back off the floor to allow time to dry. To try and keep us from that trouble he said he would do his best to blend in just the repaired area.  Two weeks after application he stopped by to look at the repair.  He said this blending is not up to his standards and he would need to buff and re-polyurethane the whole floor.  So 6 months later after we finished painting and adding wainscoting on the walls they came back and reapplied polyurethane to the whole floor.
