We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada! Call us Toll-Free at 1-877-434-7078 to place your order. When you find either the hardwood or laminate floor that you are looking for, make sure that you have the following information:

• Manufacturer, Style, and Color (i.e. Bruce, Natural Reflections, Gunstock)
• The number of square feet needed
• Next, call us toll-free at (877)434-7078 to give us your order (Atlanta area customers please call (770) 474-9270).

Returns

We strongly discourage returns because of the costs involved for all parties. It is for this reason that we urge you to ask us if you have any questions about your flooring before you place your order. We try hard to take every possible step to make sure you will be satisfied with your order before we even ship it to you. However, should you be unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

•You must call us at 877-434-7078 within 30 days of receiving your order. One of our representatives will give you a return authorization number. We then allow 30 days for return shipment of the order.  There are no refunds after 30 Days and no returns on special order items.
•The product must be shipped back on its original palette in its original packaging.
•The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
•There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned floors. Transition pieces, glue and padding are nonrefundable
